TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (SaaS): Identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities in the Swedish market to build a pipeline for Account Executives with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on driving top-of-funnel growth through cold calling, email, and social selling within the public procurement domain.

Location: Hybrid (Stockholm, Sweden). Must be based in Sweden or have existing work authorization; relocation is not provided.

What you will do

  • Engage decision-makers in the Swedish market via warm inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach (cold calling, email, social selling).
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a consistent pipeline for the sales team.
  • Schedule and hand over high-quality SQLs to Account Executives following structured qualification frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot to ensure full pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong outbound experience and confidence in high-volume prospecting activities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline management.
  • Fluent Swedish and English at a professional level.
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment.
  • Must already be based in or have existing work authorization for Sweden.
