Location: Remote (Must be based in the US to be eligible for benefits)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify and break into priority accounts using a structured, account-based approach.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn using Outreach and ZoomInfo.
- Qualify leads using ANT (Authority, Need, Timing) and book demos that translate into revenue.
- Manage pipeline and capture detailed buying context within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging and prioritize target accounts based on real-world feedback.
- Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or IT buyers.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Experience prospecting into IT teams (IT Ops, Help Desk, SysAdmin, etc.) within the mid-market segment.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible for US-based benefits (401k, US Health Insurance).
