What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for mobile and web products that improve data collection and patient experience.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize UX research to inform product strategy and validate design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and visual designs for complex clinical workflows.
• Build and maintain user-centered design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and scientists to define requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Advocate for users and promote high-quality product thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product design experience.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or B2B in highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in mobile and web application design.
• Proven UX research skills including planning, facilitating, and analyzing user research.
• Expertise in Figma and Figjam.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience using data analytics or BI tools like Datadog or Tableau to understand user behavior.
