What you will do

• Own the revenue operating rhythm, including ELT materials, bi-weekly pipeline reviews, and weekly trend analysis.
• Manage Salesforce as the source of truth by building reports, dashboards, and tracking pipeline velocity.
• Synthesize structured data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for the CRO and sales leadership.
• Conduct GTM research, TAM analysis, and prospect segmentation to support new market motions.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop rigorous pricing frameworks for annuities and life insurance.
• Identify and implement scalable AI and automation workflows to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify used).
• Fluency with Salesforce and various data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools as a core part of daily work.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from ambiguous data and own projects end-to-end.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions.
