What you will do
- Build and maintain core Revenue BI dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rate, AE performance, and funnel conversion; deprecate conflicting reports and enforce a single source of truth.
- Create self-serve reporting infrastructure so reps, managers, and GTM leaders can answer questions on pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and stage conversion without submitting requests.
- Own commission reporting and validation, including data checks that catch errors before they reach reps.
- Define and govern revenue metrics by documenting calculations, aligning with Finance/Sales Leadership/CRO, and publishing a glossary for the GTM org.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues by tracing dashboard metrics back to source data, identifying root causes, and setting up proactive anomaly monitoring.
- Own the data layer between HubSpot and the forecast model, and build pipeline/cohort analytics to inform Sales strategy and quota/territory/comp plan modeling.
Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a BI/analytics role supporting a GTM org.
- Comfortable writing SQL for analysis and data validation (able to pull data, investigate anomalies, and QA reports).
- Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with CRM data at a reporting level (HubSpot or Salesforce pipeline data, lifecycle stages, and deal history).
- Track record of improving data trust (metrics cleanup, reporting migration, or definitional alignment).
- Must be commutable to NYC headquarters and work in an in-person environment (default in-office 3–4 days/week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
