What you will be doing

• Act as senior client lead, owning relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining trust-based partnerships.
• Align client objectives with operational delivery by defining and upholding priorities, expectations, and ways of working.
• Set and guide strategic direction for the content factory, including integration of GenAI and automation.
• Provide performance transparency through delivery status, risks and mitigation plans, and optimization/growth opportunities.
• Partner with Operations Director to monitor KPIs and SLA performance, ensure data-driven visibility, and handle escalations for complex/high-risk issues.
• Own commercial health of the account: budget oversight, scope management, out-of-scope negotiations, and profitability tracking.

Requirements

• 8+ years in project and/or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with automation and AI tools.
• Proven ability to manage and strengthen client relationships.
• Leadership skills with financial, commercial, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront and Microsoft 365.
