Location: Hybrid (Universal City, CA). Must be based in the USA and able to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $160,000 - $205,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define and execute a long-term analytics product strategy for theatrical, home entertainment, and global TV distribution.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities to improve business workflows and operational efficiency.
• Establish a unified view of title, sales, and financial performance across all distribution channels and territories.
• Align data models and KPIs across distribution lines to ensure consistent and comparable performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Product and Engineering teams to prioritize data ingestion and technical roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed analytics product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or insights, including 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and experience identifying practical AI use cases.
• Hands-on familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud for commercial analytics.
• Hybrid: Required to contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week.
