Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 USD yearly

What you will do

• Define and own the RevOps strategy and operating model across the full revenue organization.
• Drive the 18-month GTM AI Transformation Roadmap, deploying AI for lead scoring, forecasting, and workflow orchestration.
• Act as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, CS, finance, and IT to ensure data and process alignment.
• Manage a team of 8 and lead cross-functional operating cadences, including AI task forces and data audits.
• Build and maintain the executive-level KPI framework and single source of truth for GTM metrics.
• Partner with FP&A on annual planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven track record of building or scaling RevOps teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, marketing automation, BI tools).
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools in a revenue context.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to perform complex analysis at the query level.
