What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for Innovation Solutions aligned with the broader services strategy and market priorities.
• Lead the productization of services into repeatable packages, including Advisory, Packaged, and Subscription services.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and differentiation for new offers.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to create playbooks and tools that improve selling efficiency.
• Monitor market trends in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code/no-code platforms to inform investments.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Engineering, and Finance to ensure successful launches and performance.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) or ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience translating emerging technologies like AI and automation into sellable, deliverable offers.
• Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI or AI-enabled enterprise services.
• Background in professional services, managed services, or enterprise consulting.
• Experience supporting global go-to-market motions.
