What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
• Create business cases and feasibility studies for system enhancements.
• Propose and implement business process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, PI planning, and demos.
• Perform low-code/no-code system configurations and support User Acceptance Testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in claims, operational support, or IT delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of insurance-related systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no sponsorship available.

• Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter.
