What you will do
- Drive revenue growth across IC, DoD, DHS, and Civilian Federal Agencies.
- Develop and execute account strategies to help federal organizations secure AI/ML environments.
- Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored demos.
- Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US (DC Metro Area preferred).
- Active or previous Top Secret (TS) Clearance strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience selling cybersecurity or AI/ML technologies to US Federal Government customers.
- Proven success managing complex federal sales cycles and exceeding quotas.
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML security risks and adoption challenges.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling Customer Success at a Series A/B startup.
- Experience supporting customers within the Intelligence Community.
- Technical background in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or cloud infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications like CISSP, Security+, PMP, or ITIL.
