What you will do

• Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design.
• Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and AI agents to power the top of the funnel.
• Craft highly personalized, technical, and compelling outreach that resonates with the company ethos.
• Map talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities.
• Partner with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to calibrate profiles and refine search strategies.
• Track conversion rates and leverage data to pivot sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at high-growth startups or top-tier tech firms.
• Technical fluency to navigate GitHub profiles and understand the engineering tech stack.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for finding niche, highly specific profiles.
• Ability to work autonomously and move quickly in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficiency with Juicebox, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Twitter.
