Virtual Event Manager

What you will do

• Manage project scope and ensure execution by both the company and the client.
• Facilitate scheduling, training, and delivery of virtual events.
• Develop project artifacts including schedules, requirements documents, and training materials.
• Communicate project progress and expectations to clients and executive leadership.
• Improve virtual event management processes and identify areas for operational enhancement.
• Analyze platform updates to understand their impact on product set-up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and producing virtual events for clients.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
