What you will do

• Establish event business processes and communicate them to internal support teams.
• Oversee the setup, QC, and data integrity of client registration websites and deliverables.
• Train call center management and agents on event functionality and delivery prior to launch.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering onboarding, website builds, data integrations, and onsite planning.
• Monitor registration pace and provide weekly progress checkpoints and reports to clients.
• Conduct post-show SWOT analyses and provide strategic recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in the Cvent Platform.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Availability for moderate travel (20%-30%).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods onsite and lift up to 50 lbs.
