What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of delegate management and ticketing services for assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on best practices.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across professional services, development, sales, and support teams.
• Mentor and provide informal training to project managers on Dataflow solutions.
• Drive operational quality and implement process improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Wallingford, UK.
• Proven experience as a project manager in event technology or ticketing.
• Strong client relationship management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Knowledge of data management, GDPR compliance, and event technology tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for occasional travel and weekend work.

• Experience with badge printing, NFC/RFID, or lead retrieval systems.
