What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end design process from concept through validation and final execution.
• Tackle 0-to-1 product challenges, turning undefined spaces into clear, shippable experiences.
• Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to shape strategy and product direction.
• Design and ship human-centered AI experiences while utilizing AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
• Deliver consumer-grade mobile experiences for iOS and Android platforms.
• Contribute to and improve design systems, processes, and team practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, including 0-to-1 or early-stage product development.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality mobile products (iOS and Android).
• Strong product thinking with the ability to frame ambiguous problems and define opportunities.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and using AI tools in design workflows.
• Deep commitment to human-centered design grounded in user research.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for clinical, care delivery, or chronic condition management.
• Ability to conduct own user research, including interviews and synthesis.
