Salary: $112,000 – $154,000 USD (Base salary only)

What you will do

• Develop and partner on comprehensive project plans for large-scale corporate initiatives like product launches and M&A operationalization.
• Analyze program performance, penetration, and effectiveness to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support sales enablement by developing guidelines, tools, and training materials for corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing to drive cohesive GTM strategies.
• Proactively report progress and identify potential roadblocks to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, or business analysis.
• Must have legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally and extracting insights from large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.

• Prior experience in SaaS companies or management consulting.
