What you will do

  • Partner with sales and engineering leadership to build custom demo environments for prospects.
  • Use AI tools and lightweight scripting to scrape customer websites and generate on-brand hirify.global org structures.
  • Adapt demo content to reflect the specific vertical context of diverse clients, from healthcare to fintech.
  • Maintain and expand a library of reusable components to accelerate the build process.
  • Iterate on the AI-driven build pipeline and provide feedback to product teams to shape future features.
  • Ensure high quality and human-like output across all customer-facing deliverables.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico
  • Background in solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer success, or implementation at a SaaS company.
  • Technical aptitude with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, including experience chaining them with scripts or agents.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand B2B SaaS business models.
  • Sharp written English proficiency for customer-facing documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with high autonomy and discipline.

Nice to have

  • Light scripting or coding ability.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, including conducting Zoom walkthroughs.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, content design, or technical writing.
