What you will do

• Partner with leadership and SMEs to architect effective AI workflow blueprints.
• Lead the hands-on configuration and maintenance of customer-facing chatbots and internal copilots.
• Define and refine conversation paths, prompt structures, and routing logic to maximize accuracy.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the core tech stack, including Salesforce and internal knowledge bases.
• Monitor chatbot performance data to identify and execute optimization strategies.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflow logic maps, and prompt libraries.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Support Operations, Business Systems, or technical CX within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, LLM prompt engineering, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, logic branching, and conditional routing.
• Proven track record of designing and building complex AI workflows or automated logic systems.
• Strong ability to analyze workflow bottlenecks and translate abstract goals into precise technical logic.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
