What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage manual processes across the company for automation.
• Translate vague operational workflows into precise, automated technical specifications.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, API integrations, and agentic toolchains like MCP and Claude Skills.
• Implement robust instrumentation, logging, and alerting to ensure automation stability.
• Drive adoption by training non-technical teams and maintaining close collaboration post-launch.
• Determine when automations should be escalated to the core backend platform for long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience automating end-to-end business processes from problem identification to production.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to extract workflows from and sell solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Python and API-based automation development.
• Fluency in agentic toolchains such as Claude, Skills, and MCP.
• Experience instrumenting and maintaining production-grade automation systems.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus for internal team collaboration.
