Senior GTM Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing AI-powered outbound and pipeline generation systems with an accent on Clay workflows, LLM-based enrichment, and CRM integration. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office). Relocation support available.

What you will do
- Design and maintain complex Clay workflows, waterfall enrichment flows, and AI-driven logic for outbound engines.
- Implement LLM-based research agents and AI-powered personalisation to scale outreach without increasing headcount.
- Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and various data providers to ensure clean, actionable GTM data.
- Construct signal-based prospecting systems that ingest intent data and buying triggers for Sales activation.
- Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose productivity bottlenecks and build automated system solutions.
- Troubleshoot system failures and maintain core GTM stack integrity during business hours.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on Clay expertise, including complex tables, waterfall enrichment, and webhook integrations.
- Direct experience applying AI to GTM workflows, including prompt engineering and AI SDR tooling.
- Salesforce proficiency, specifically in building custom objects, flows, and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools like Make or Zapier.
- English proficiency is required as it is the official language of the office.
Nice to have
- Experience with intent data, hiring signals, or funding triggers.
- Familiarity with GTM data providers like Clearbit, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exposure to conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
