What you will do

• Translate process improvement opportunities into a prioritized pipeline of AI-enabled initiatives.
• Design and build production-ready AI agents and automated workflows using the internal agentic ecosystem.
• Develop reusable skills, prompt libraries, and workflow templates for organization-wide use.
• Act as an internal authority on AI tooling, identifying underutilized capabilities and demonstrating potential.
• Facilitate working sessions with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure all solutions comply with AI usage policies, data handling standards, and Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience building AI agents and automated workflows in a professional context.
• Practical proficiency with agent build platforms or ability to ramp up quickly on the internal ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with no/low-code automation tools like Power Automate, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong facilitation and written communication skills for documentation and enablement.
• Awareness of AI governance and data handling in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like life sciences, healthtech, or GxP.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for extending solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Power Platform.
