What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with cyber insurers, brokers, and legal partners to drive referrals and visibility.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners to ensure operational alignment and shared goals.
• Execute go-to-market strategies and coordinate tailored campaigns and messaging with Sales and Marketing.
• Monitor performance KPIs, including referral volume and conversion rates, to surface insights for improvement.
• Maintain hirify.global' inclusion on cyber insurer panels through consistent execution and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align advisory and incident response services with ecosystem needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or business development within cybersecurity, insurance, or legal industries.
• Familiarity with the cyber insurance ecosystem, panel structures, and breach response workflows.
• Understanding of cybersecurity services including MDR, IR, XDR, and threat intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.

• Direct experience working with insurance brokers or managing relationships with cyber insurers.
