What you will do

• Define and maintain the CMDB governance framework, policies, and standards to ensure CI data integrity.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Establish and enforce data quality KPIs and accountability across IT teams.
• Lead Service Mapping initiatives ensuring strict alignment with CSDM standards.
• Drive automation of CI population and updates via discovery tools and integrations.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports on CMDB health, performance, and coverage.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in IT with a focus on CMDB, Configuration Management, or ITOM.
• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB data models and CI lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CDSM certification and experience with CSDM.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI or ServiceNow dashboards.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
