What you will do

• Act as a liaison between users, product managers, and developers to communicate feedback and resolve technical issues.
• Support complex software implementations, data migration projects, and platform maintenance tasks.
• Develop documentation and tools for workflow automation and system integrations leveraging platform API capabilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application-related and data-related issues for end-users and internal teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and report software defects to the development team.
• Collaborate with customer success and product teams to enhance application functionality and cross-product workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, application support, or customer-facing software positions.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, including ingestion, validation, integrity, and transformation.
• Proven experience with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada to meet hybrid office requirements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and professionally.

• Experience in the mining, exploration, or geoscience industry.
