What you will do
- Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of the GTM tech stack, using HubSpot as the primary system of record.
- Integrate and manage tools like Unify, Gong, and Clay to create a high-leverage revenue infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing users, permissions, pipelines, and data governance.
- Partner with Sales and CS leaders to design and improve core business processes from lead-to-opportunity to expansion.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline repetitive GTM workflows.
- Collaborate with Enablement to drive system adoption and create comprehensive training documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM systems, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in architecting CRMs from the ground up, preferably with HubSpot certifications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical systems and process solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, and gross margins.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing models and supporting GTM infrastructure.
