What you will do

• Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of the GTM tech stack, using HubSpot as the primary system of record.
• Integrate and manage tools like Unify, Gong, and Clay to create a high-leverage revenue infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing users, permissions, pipelines, and data governance.
• Partner with Sales and CS leaders to design and improve core business processes from lead-to-opportunity to expansion.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to streamline repetitive GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with Enablement to drive system adoption and create comprehensive training documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM systems, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on expertise in architecting CRMs from the ground up, preferably with HubSpot certifications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical systems and process solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
• Must be based in Canada.

• Deep understanding of unit economics, including CAC, LTV, and gross margins.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing models and supporting GTM infrastructure.
