What you will do

  • Oversee all data conversion tasks, ensuring adherence to defined standards and procedures.
  • Lead data conversion workshops and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Explain data structures and business rules to clients while identifying and tracking data gaps.
  • Review data quality and accuracy throughout the implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for internal and client-related data matters.
  • Define project priorities and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to project managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, computer science, or finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data conversion analysis.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and oral) is mandatory.
  • Intermediate T-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server skills.
  • Ability to undergo a Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio.
  • Background in pension plan and group insurance domains.
