What you will do

  • Support formulation efforts to contribute to the building of the LNP platform.
  • Formulate and characterize novel LNPs using microfluidic platforms with a focus on high-throughput screening.
  • Run downstream characterization assays for nucleic acid therapeutics, including DLS, ribogreen, and TNS assays.
  • Collaborate with chemists, material scientists, and AI teams to document systems and refine autonomous flow chemistry practices.
  • Aid in the development of targeted nanoparticles and evaluation of different linker chemistries.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc candidate in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with lipid nanoparticle formulations, microfluidic device development, or drug delivery systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results to iterate on experimental designs.
  • Location: Must be based in Cambridge, MA, USA

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-throughput screening systems and automation equipment.
  • Working knowledge of bioanalytical techniques such as fluorescence spectroscopy and electrophoresis.
