What you will do

• Manage and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Conduct field visits 5 days a week to meet healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Prospect new offices and establish referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Increase referral volume in existing accounts through consistent relationship management and follow-up.
• Educate providers on the impact of nutrition care and the hirify.global platform.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, hospitality, recruiting, or other high-performance environments.
• Must be located in Las Vegas, NV.
• Proven track record of hitting goals and outperforming expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the work week in the field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Prior healthcare sales experience.
