What you will do

  • Drive sales growth across the orthopaedic continuum of care, focusing on performance and rehabilitation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers including Orthopaedic Consultants, Physiotherapists, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a robust territory business plan with clear new business targets and account priorities.
  • Grow share of wallet in existing accounts while actively converting competitor business.
  • Partner with healthcare providers to improve clinical protocols, processes, and patient pathways.
  • Spend the majority of time in the field supporting customers and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
  • Full UK driving licence and a clean driving record.
  • Strong territory management, business planning, and account development skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales reports, market data, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
