Compensation: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and healthcare administrators.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure.
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to communicate the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
- Manage account performance, including workflow optimization, training, and inventory management.
- Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to refine growth strategies and meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and long-term advocacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology.
- Must be based in the Houston, Texas area with the ability to travel extensively (approx. 4.5 days/week).
- Proven track record in capturing market share and displacing incumbents through value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
