Engineering Manager (Fintech): Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team to build and launch new products and customer-facing experiences with an accent on service architecture and scaling. Focus on reducing technical debt, improving engineering velocity, and nurturing team growth.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or be able to relocate to one of the hub locations: San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile (3+ days/week in office)

Salary: $233,000 - $274,000 USD

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Deep understanding of service architecture, system design, and lean software development.
• Strong experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing quality incidents and supporting highly regulated products at scale.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location (USA or Chile).
