What you will do

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications using modern microservices.
• Provide technical leadership via architecture decisions, design reviews, and code reviews for scalability and security.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to build scalable solutions from business requirements.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of 8-10 engineers, fostering ownership and improvement.
• Own production health including on-call, incident response, and operational excellence aligned with SLOs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent + 10+ years software engineering, 3+ years managing teams
• Experience delivering Enterprise SaaS at scale
• Strong AWS experience (compute, storage, networking, security, monitoring)
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native design, microservices
• Experience with React (frontend), Ruby on Rails or equivalent (backend), PostgreSQL
• Success in production-owned environments and Agile/Scrum
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
