Salary: $175,000 – $225,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mobile engineers focused on frontend infrastructure.
• Guide architectural decisions across React Native, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, mobile build tooling, and observability systems.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize the mobile design-to-development workflow.
• Define the roadmap and technical vision for mobile platform health and developer productivity.
• Balance hands-on technical engagement with people management and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 1.5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• Hands-on technical depth in mobile development, React Native, iOS (Swift), and/or Android (Kotlin).
• Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with mobile release processes, observability tools, and product analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) OS upgrade cycles.
• Background in fintech or regulated industries.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows.
• Contribution to open-source mobile projects.
