What you will do

• Manage C-suite client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and performance optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities, lead proposal development, and create thought leadership content to expand the practice.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and financial KPIs to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or partner-level role managing complex engagements.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH).
• Expertise in operations improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Strong financial acumen for managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits and legal requirements.
