What you will do

• Serve as engagement director or subject matter expert for performance improvement projects in emergency departments.
• Develop project plans, client deliverables, and future-state processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze clinical data to identify issues and develop solutions for throughput and productivity improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and coach junior staff to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Create client-facing materials and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Contribute to firm advancement through thought leadership, white papers, and internal task forces.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel consistently (80%) is required.
• 6+ years of clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or related field; Master’s degree preferred (or enrollment required within 3 years).
• Operational expertise in emergency departments, including EMTALA, ESI triage, and staffing methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools.
