What you will do
- Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts and align strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Convert complex platform and competitive insights into actionable narratives and investment recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and financial discipline.
- Coach and develop emerging leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to design measurement approaches and drive adoption of proprietary tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client leadership within performance marketing for enterprise or upper-mid market accounts.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display, Commerce, CRM) and measurement acumen.
- Proven ability to lead executive-level relationships and manage complex stakeholder alignments.
- Financial fluency, including the ability to interpret margins, pricing, and capacity signals.
- Must be based in the USA to support the remote work arrangement.
