What you will do
- Manage and close strategic opportunities within enterprise accounts in Sweden to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Drive customer adoption using the ALEER framework (Adopt, Land, Expand, Extend, Renew) to expand usage across projects and workflows.
- Position and sell HashiCorp’s cloud platform software, with a specific emphasis on Terraform and Vault.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders across IT Operations and Security.
- Lead virtual account teams, including solution engineers and partners, to influence decision-makers in complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with enterprise sales and Red Hat teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end automation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Long track record in software sales, specifically managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
- Fluent Swedish and English proficiency.
- Experience selling into Swedish enterprise accounts within regulated industries (e.g., financial services, pharmaceuticals).
- Proven ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large organizations.
Nice to have
- Deep technical knowledge of the full HashiCorp portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
- Understanding of and Red Hat technologies, including OpenShift and Ansible.
- Certification in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
