Solutions Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Germany (Dusseldorf, Ehningen, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt). Domestic and occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for aligned accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Influence decisions through effective presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
• Design technical and business-focused solutions that drive adoption and growth aligned with strategic priorities.
• Demonstrate the business value of hirify.global solutions in solving customer problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts, infrastructure architecture, cloud, and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (both C1).
• Proven experience implementing software products in large and dynamic enterprise companies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and experience with tools in the hirify.global portfolio.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
