- Develop and close strategic opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Execute the ALEER framework (Adopt, Land, Expand, Extend, Renew) to secure and grow customer footprint.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Orchestrate virtual account teams, including solution engineers and IBM partners, to influence decision-makers.
- Navigate complex procurement, legal, and commercial processes to ensure timely deal execution.
- Represent the company at industry events and provide feedback to product leadership teams.
Требования
- Fluent Dutch and English required.
- Deep understanding and track record in software sales, specifically managing complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
- Proven experience selling into Benelux enterprise accounts across regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large organizations.
- Experience working in matrix or alliance-driven environments alongside large technology vendors.

- Familiarity with IBM and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible).
