TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Cloud Infrastructure): Driving the adoption and expansion of hirify.global’s enterprise automation solutions within large strategic accounts in the Benelux region with an accent on consultative, value-based selling. Focus on orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and aligning cloud infrastructure and security solutions with customer business priorities.

Location: Must be based in or able to work within the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg).

Что делать

  • Develop and close strategic opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
  • Execute the ALEER framework (Adopt, Land, Expand, Extend, Renew) to secure and grow customer footprint.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Orchestrate virtual account teams, including solution engineers and IBM partners, to influence decision-makers.
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and commercial processes to ensure timely deal execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and provide feedback to product leadership teams.

Требования

  • Fluent Dutch and English required.
  • Deep understanding and track record in software sales, specifically managing complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Proven experience selling into Benelux enterprise accounts across regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT automation concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute Adopt-Land-Expand sales motions in large organizations.
  • Experience working in matrix or alliance-driven environments alongside large technology vendors.

  • Technical knowledge of hirify.global’s portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad).
  • Familiarity with IBM and Red Hat technologies (OpenShift, Ansible).
  • Formal training in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
