TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Sweden (Skellefteå office available, hybrid/remote work supported with occasional travel within Sweden).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiations.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Handle public sector tenders and procurement processes from identification to agreement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling market offerings.
  • Engage with IT managers and business leaders to build trust-based, long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden with the ability to travel domestically.
  • Swedish language proficiency (C1+) is required for public sector tenders and client communication.
  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling software, cybersecurity, or identity management solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-identification, authentication, or e-signature platforms.
  • Background in finance, healthcare, or enterprise software industries.
  • Familiarity with partner-driven or consultative sales models.
