What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiations.
- Develop strategic account plans and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Handle public sector tenders and procurement processes from identification to agreement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling market offerings.
- Engage with IT managers and business leaders to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sweden with the ability to travel domestically.
- Swedish language proficiency (C1+) is required for public sector tenders and client communication.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling software, cybersecurity, or identity management solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-identification, authentication, or e-signature platforms.
- Background in finance, healthcare, or enterprise software industries.
- Familiarity with partner-driven or consultative sales models.
