What you will do

• Maintain and control testability to ensure continuous production.
• Identify and resolve product yield, productivity, quality, and reliability problems to meet company targets.
• Improve manufacturing aspects including productivity, quality, and cycle time.
• Qualify new products and processes to enable production startup.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in the semiconductor electronics industry or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computer software (Office) and programming in C/C++.
