What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for ATCB Test Engineering.
• Manage electrical test qualification for setup installations and transfers.
• Optimize test programs to improve yield and reduce test overkills.
• Ensure test jobs align with official specifications and capacity targets.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and support 8D processes.
• Conduct training for test technicians and fellow engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, ME, EE, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IC or PMOS semiconductor assembly or test processes.
• Strong foundation in electronics fundamentals and PMOS/Power MOSFET testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, or Minitab.
• Strong understanding of statistical tools and data analytics.
• English: Strong communication and presentation skills required.
