What you will do

• Lead bench validation activities for silicon ICs during product development.
• Develop detailed post-silicon characterization plans in collaboration with design and systems teams.
• Design and develop schematics and layouts for validation boards.
• Create and automate bench setups to streamline characterization processes.
• Perform system-level and parametric tests on the bench.
• Debug device and setup issues, driving them to closure independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in validation of silicon ICs.
• Hands-on experience with bench automation using Python, LabVIEW, or Teststand.
• Extensive experience with laboratory bench equipment and embedded systems like Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
• Proficiency in PCB design and layout using tools like KiCAD or Altium.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on power devices such as DC-DC converters or Efuse.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools like Spotfire.
