What you will do

• Provide technical support for key accounts and channel partners throughout the design-in process.
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales promotions, customer training, and technical product presentations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and develop application notes.
• Drive channel partners' FAEs to execute business promotion and technical support strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Units to provide market and customer feedback.
• Build strong relationships with key customer engineers through personalized communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, or Electronic Systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor support.
• Experience with wireless, Bluetooth, MCU, or power modules.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Project management, presentation, and business negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on identifying new opportunities.
