What you will do

• Develop test plans and collaborate with designers on Design for Test (DFT) strategies.
• Create test programs and design test hardware for new RF products to ensure high coverage and affordability.
• Support product qualification, bench validation, and characterization processes.
• Migrate test platforms to in-house solutions to optimize costs and capacity.
• Perform yield analysis and drive continuous improvements in the test process.
• Provide remote debug and technical support to offshore factory sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in software programming of ATEs is essential.
• Experience in loadboard design is essential.
• Basic electronic knowledge with understanding of electronic signals and processes.
• Experience in RF product testing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and basic computer languages for data analysis.
