What you will do

• Process electronic and manual customer orders with high accuracy.
• Manage government and commercial direct orders, ensuring compliance with GSA requirements.
• Analyze critical documentation for order processing and billing.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain proficiency in order entry systems and supporting ERP technology.
• Provide clear, professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in East Greenville, PA.
• Two years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new software and changing work environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP applications such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or Baan LN.
