What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order administration, including bookings, billings, and license creation.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance, Logistics, and Revenue Accounting to resolve billing and order-related matters.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in sales bookings and invoice generation.
• Handle complex and escalated cases, including Credit Adjustment Forms (CAF).
• Oversee UAT activities for system releases and provide operational feedback.
• Maintain customer master data and manage access rights for VAR and University accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in order administration or hardware-related operational roles.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and order-to-cash (QTC) processes.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California.
• Strong attention to detail for compliance and audit readiness.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
