What you will do

• Monitor daily sales order shipment schedules and align production work orders accordingly.
• Perform quality inspections on assembled parts and prepare sensors for the calibration lab.
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels to support ongoing sales demands.
• Resolve issues related to sales, work, and rework orders as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and shipping departments to manage product demands.
• Develop recovery strategies for part shortages or production failures.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Apex, NC.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Quality and Planning roles.
• 2 years of experience with Force Torque products.
