What you will do

• Lead and develop the Order Management and Billing teams to ensure efficient processing of sales, service orders, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal functions like Sales, Operations, and Accounting to manage order confirmation, delivery, and return shipments.
• Oversee revenue recognition, monthly forecasting, and reporting on open orders and deliveries.
• Maintain customer master data and manage billing inquiries, tax jurisdiction settings in SAP, and credit processing.
• Drive cross-functional problem resolution and process improvement initiatives with global teams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, AR reconciliation, and sales tax.
